How is PissPigs integrated with Twitter?

Twitter is a micro-blogging site.  The idea is to compress your thoughts on a subject down to a 254 characters which you broadcast to anyone who subscribes to you.

By coincidence (cough) the PissPigs member status message is about the same size.  Maybe you have not used the status yet.   If you fill in a sentence in the status then that sentence is display to others at various places in the website.    So, it is actually important to fill in the status area

Notice that next to the second yellow arrow is a link to update your twitter settings.   If you tell PissPigs your Twitter ID, then you have several choices in interfacing with Twitter.    You can choose to send your status updates to Twitter and conversely display your Twitter updates at the bottom of your profile area.

It's all your choice. The feature is pretty cool - whether you choose to use it or not.
